It's a tiny kitchen with one chef, so be patient β the mashed eggplant with century egg alone was worth the 25-minute wait. Everything came out wok-hot and tasted the way it should.
Grew up eating Hunan food and this is the closest I've found in Seattle. The scallion pancake and cumin lamb were both excellent, and prices are fair for the portion size.
This is a small kitchen with one chef β walk-ins welcome, but expect a wait during peak hours.
